Product Is Too Late

Hi Friends

I have an issue with the dates.I am using PPDS optmizer.

I am getting alerts that  receipt due date/time voilated and Product is too late.

Here is my scenario.

I have two levels Pack and Bulk item.Without Bulk I cant start my production of Pack.

But the planned orders for Pack generated before the bulk orders.Is there any way I can solve this issue through PPDS optimizer run.

Any setting in PPDS Optimizer profile I should check.I am not running PPDS heuristics.

I am considering in house , planned delivary time and External processing time in Optimizer profile.

Also ignore sub item and diffrent level check box is unticked.

Please let me know your suggestions.

Do you have the bulk and pack setup in the same recipe with a Finish Start relationship Bulk to Pack?

Also do you have both resources in the same optimizer profile ?
