Dear all,

I'm getting an issue when counting via LI11N.

I want to set zero stock but the error is:

Book quantity greater than 0

Message no. L4060

Pls explain me when we get this error? And how to set the zero stock when counting?

Thanks,

Quang

Hi,

the warning tells you, that a quant has been lost. There are booked quantities but no physical stock. Hit enter to proceed.

Hi,

Could you clarify Book quantity?

Thanks

The book quantity is what you see as stock in your stock reports in LS24, LX02 LX03, LS26

Please Google before launching this kind of questions.

Ok,

Thanks for your advice.

My situation is:

Stock in LX02: 1

Real stock: 0

Now, how to enter zero value when counting via LI11N?

If i enter value 0 in counted quantity field, i get the message:

Either set the indicator for bin empty or a quantity

Message no. LK038

And if i check on Zero stock, I get the message abow.

Thanks,

you get this message because SAP can technically not differentiate between an entered 0 and the default 0 for any numeric field, hence you have to flag the box for zero count. that is all, and that is what you did  when the message about the book inventory came.

I just check on Zero stock (no enter on quantity field). That's the same problem.

Could you try on your system?

Where do you see an error? I only see an information message. And what is unclear in this message?

Which actually appears after you have set the flag for zero stock, hence your second question is totally obsolete.

Hi,

Actually, i'm not clear about the message: Book quantity greater than 0.

Because i need the counting quantity is 0 (mean the real bin is empty now)

And system does not allow to save this.

Thanks,
