Add all rows values

Dear Experts,

I want to add month wise net value for the vendors. the result I want to show in separate column. please help me how to achieve this.

Hi Naveen,

you mean to say, you want to see total month(s) values for each vendor? you screen shot says, you are already achieving it by month wise? (or) is it for illustration purpose?

Thanks for your response. the screen shot is my query out put. in Rows I have  placed Vendor and In column I have Placed Calyear/month and Net value in Lac.

I need to add all months net value and need to show in separate column

           

If you see my above screen Shot. I was adding feb + march + april + may and displayig it in separate column total which was highlighted. this total i need to achieve  through Query designer.

Hi Naveen,

0calyear/month should give you the total you are looking for. please check whether you might suppress the result of this char ? if so, please allow the result row to be displayed.
