PI: Non-Central to Central Engine

I've a question for you: I've a new Non-Central Adapter Engine and I need to change it in a Central Adapter Engine.

I hope that I didn't reinstall the PI Istance...

Could you help me?

Didnt follow your question. You have installed a decentral adapter engine. Now you want to use this in your scenarios instead of central adapter engine. Is that waht you want?

If so, in communication channel parameters click on the drop down for the parameter "Adapter Engine". Initially you will have only one option. But now, there will be 2 options. You can select the decentral adapter engine.

Hi Jai.

My problem is another one. The sys admin has installed the quality for XI like a Non Central Adapter Engine, but this setup is wrong, because we need a Central Engine instead of the Non Central...

But we don't know if is possible modify this setting...

Oops.. Got it. Instead of installing a central adapter engine, you made it decentral. More of a BASIS issue. Try posting this question in Administration forum also.
