Moving avg.and Stnd.price

Hi All,

I have come across one issue when we discussing with the client stating that
when the PO has Stnd price, when material has Movng avg. price how this will get post in MIGO and MIRO which price will get post in P2P process ?

and question as well visa versa

in situation how the system will get will trigger in MIGO which price ?
is there any or how may types of process will be in MM and what is significance maintain those prices ?

Hi

Pricing is controlled by Price control indicator defined in Mat master:

1. If "S"  during MIGO inv a/c will be posted at standard price as per mat master..and if "V" Inv will be posted as per PO price for that consignment but revised MAP will be updated in Mat master

2. At MIRO at situation standard price the diff between stand price and invoice price will be posted to Price diff a/c

   In case of "V" generally no price diff arise..but if there is diff between PO price and Invoice price the diff will go to inventory...but Inventory qty not available will post to PRD a/c
