SAINT Up-gradation Struck at MAIN IMPORT

Hello SAP

As i have passed through many discussion regarding this issue and couldn't find the solution how to overcome Add-on installation issue on

ECC6_EHP7.0 .working with SAINT transaction-code

And the error is mentioned below,the MAIN IMPORT is running from 2 days still it is not completed successfully

can you please help me with some resolution steps to complete successfully the MAIN IMPORT phase

And is that healthier for the system to stop the Execution of the Add-on in the Middle of the Update?

Check SM37 for the jobs RD* (if they are active and if so provide us their logs)

Also you can check the STMS_IMPORT -> Goto -> Import history

Thanks for the response

And we have checked in SM37 and there are no RD* jobs finished or running

And comping to stms_import it throws me the pop up mentioned below

I have checked the Import history and it shows the add-on detail with "rc"4

Please help me to over come this issue

Hi,

Check SM66 if any workprocess still active from the ID executing the import. check logs under DIR_TRANS/tmp. Use SAP NOTE : 1846111

& 1913676
