Not able to perform the result recordidng through QE01

Hi All,

when we are trying to do the result recording through the QE01 we are not able to do the recording and

we are getting the below error message which is shown in the  below screen shot.

Dear Bhage,

You have valid inspection plan, But no operations in your Plan.

Without inspection plan PASG and CALC status not possible.

Did you try to do RR in QA32.

or first put operation 10 in your QE01 screen.

Hi Ahmed,

When i enter the operation 0010 in the QE01 screen and after pressing enter it was giving below error message. And up to my concern with out giving operation also it has to execute.

Dear Bhage,

Why you are filling the field "Plant" ? It is plant for work center.

Try with the Plant field is empty.

Problem may be due this invalid plant selection.

Since you haven't done the UD, you can reset the sample using QAC3.  This should put the lot bck in CRTD state.  Then go into QA02 and change the key date to TODAY's date.  Then click on the specifications tab and pick the plan, hit enter and sample should be calculated and status changed to REL.  Now see if you can record results.

Hi Bhage,

Please check QP03 whether that material has inspection plan or not..

If the material doesn't have inspection plan means the status of the inspection lot will become CRTD in that situation we will not be able to make any results

so please check in QP03 and assign the same in QA02

My inspection plan was created on 10/22/2015 and inspection lot scheduling date was on 10/21/2015.

up to my knowledge inspection plan should create first and after that inspection lot should be created.

But in this case inspection plan was ahead one day , is it making any restrictions in result recording.

please correct me if i am wrong any where.

Hi Bhage,

Yes what you said is correct if the inspection plan validity is not valid on lot created date means system will not capture the Task list details

so please check the plan has been copied or not

in QA02 -->Inspection specification --> Task list / Spec

if not there please change the key date as 10/22/2015

then click on Task List / Spec system will capture the data
