The functionality Progress Tracking is available in SAP Retail? Because in my system this functionality doesn´t appear.

Please check whether the enterprise extension set EA-PLM is activated on your system. For details, please refer the attachment in the SAP note 1389108 (Functions by activating EA-PLM).
