Migrating Oracle to Sybase ASE

We are planning to migrate all out SAP+Oracle 12C DB to Sybase ASE, Please let me know what are all the things needs to be taken in account before starting the Migration.

What software or procedure are you going to use to perform the migration? SAP RepServer? Oracle GoldenGate? Shareplex for SAP?
