ME21N translation of Plant column

Hi all,

On the following screenshot you can see that the Plant column in transaction ME21N is called "Plnt" only.

It is also wrong in my local language. Looks like a 4 letters limit somewhere....

I cannot find the place to translate. In the main program all text elements are OK, and the F1 key leads me to

table MEPO1211, where everything is OK too!

Please help with the translation!

Hi Ilian,

Well, the field is called "Plnt" on SAP standard languages (DE, EN)... so its not a translation error.

Ok, but if it is "Plnt" , but not "Plant" it is either a mistake, or there is a particular reason to be 4 letters only. In my language it is "Завд", when it shoud be "Завод"  - also the vowel letter missing. Probably a 4 letters limit somewhere.

Well, table seems to be MEPO1211

I can see 4 CHAR for Plant

Yes, I also saw that, but it is the lenght of the field in the table.

The label of the column should be able to be more, because it is not table data, complying to the field restrictions.....
