Hi,

I am looking for any report which should display WBS wise GL Balances.

FBL3N report is showing the results but not as per the required format.

I have checked Report Painter (FGI1, FSI1) but found no luck.

Can anyone please guide me how to achieve the needful ?

Regards.

Zain Bashir

You can adjust the field status for Balance sheet GL codes to make WBS Optional entry or Required as needed and then WBS will be available for input.

Hi

You can look at using CJI3 and than summarizing based on cost element. This should give you WBS element wise GL wise balances which you are looking for

Hi Sanil,

Thanks for your reply.

Actually we are using P&L & B/S GLs while posting entries which includes WBS Elements as reference and we need a high level report which should show all B/S and P&L GLs used against that WBS whole month.

And the twist is that B/S GLs are not Cost Elements

Hi

I am not sure what is the business case for using WBS Elements with Balance sheet accounts, except for capital procurrement. You can create such balance sheet Accounts (recon type - Asset/material) with cost element category 90 and check them in CJI3. This works only in new gl enviornment.

If that does not work for you, than write a report painter report
