SAP Personas add-on installation

Dear All,

I'm going to install Personas add-on to our CRM system for testing, but i get queue is locked issue, which caused i can not move forward.

Could you please share how can i get rid of the issue?

Add-on SAPK-200AGINPERSOS already uploaded to /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in

What i did:

SAINT--> Enviroment --> Add-on Manager for EBP/CRM --> Continue --> SAPK-200AGINPERSOS --> Continue  --> queue is locked (refer to Queue is locked.gif)

The server is a Sandbox system, There was an upgrade hung there for long time. 

After execute the report RSUPGRES from se38 (this report will reset your upgrade), i can use SAINT/SPAM again.

Have you upgraded SPAM / SAINT to the last release?

You need to understand why the queue is locked.

You can do this by GOTO==>IMPORT LOG and ACTION LOG.

If you need to reset the queue, you must go to EXTRS==>RESET STATUS==>QUEUE from Tcode SPAM

1. I have updated SPAM/SAINT to latest patch level, v 7.31/0059

2. GOTO==>IMPORT LOG ==> 

Installation queue is Gray

Single package==> in input SAPK-200AGINPERSOS==>  Package not found

tp System Log ==> looks like not related

ACTION LOG is in Gray.

3. Still the same:  Queue is locked.
