How is SAP posting Automatic Goods Issues for Work Order reservations?

I understand your requirement as:

Is it possible to have automatic Component entries when we create a Work Order?

If this is true, one can not expect Customization setting because, you will not have same components and quantities for all conditions or Order types. You need to achieve this through BAdi WORKORDER_UPDATE methods IN_UPDATE or BEFORE_UPDATE using parameter IT_COMPONENT.
