We are on Work Manager 6.2, Planning to upgrade to 6.3 whenever it is available.
Can anybody let me know how the upgrade process would be?
I mainly want to know how the custom agenty development would be moved to the upgraded application.
Do we have to do repeat the custom agentry development manually again in the new application?
Thanks,
Gopi.
Gopi,
In general the upgrade process is
1) Export your WM 6.2 application
2) Import the Out of the Box WM 6.3 application
3) Compare and Merge your WM 6.2 export into the WM 6.3 application
Depending on the level of changes in the base product WM 6.2 versus WM 6.3 will determine how easy or hard the compare and merge process will be. For this upgrade I would expect it to be fairly straightforward depending on how complex your changes are in WM 6.2.

Yes there is a tool (right click on the project | Compare With | Other Agentry Application), the Agentry Editor will identify the differences between the current Agentry version (WM 6.3) and the export you are merging (WM 6.2). It will show you a side by side comparison of the two and allow you to choose what you want to merge into the new version.
