Hi,

check this SAP Note. also verify if universe classes are not in hidden mode.

2203372 - BI 4.1 - Web Intelligence Rich Client does not show universe objects in the Query Panel

Resolution

1. Logon to BI Launchpad with any user on problematic machine
2. Go to Preferences
3. Select Web Intelligence
4. Change the View and Modify modes to 'Desktop'
5. Click Save and Close button
6. Open Web Intelligence application in BI launchpad (Web Intelligence Rich Client will be opened and will create a 3-tier connection to the server)
7. Close Web Intelligence Rich Client
8. Open a new session of Web Intelligence Rich Client > in System Option you will see a new Globe Icon (J2EE portal) select that option and not regular system:6400 (Web Intelligence Rich Client is logging using 3-tier)
9. Create a new report
10. Select an existing universe
11. The objects are successfully appear under the classes in the Query Panel
