GRC Approver Comment

In our current workflow process, a notification is sent to the person who requested the access once the GRC access request is completed.
We want to add the Approver’s Comment (Line Item) to the notification step. The information is very helpful to the requestor if the request has been denied.

Question:  Where is the line item approver’s comment stored?
