Getting Open or Save error with browser while trying to open ESR & ID in PI 7.31

Hi Experts,

I am unable to open ESR and ID in PI 7.31 and getting the browser error Save or Open. My Java Web stat

version is 7 and Internet Explore version is 11.

I have maintained the host file as well.

I am getting the below warning at the bottom of the browser:

"Do you want to save or open this file?"

Then I have selected the "save and open" option from the browser but not able to succeed to open either ESR or ID.

Can any one help on this issue?

I too get the same open/save option.

But when I click open, it opens the ESR or ID.

I am also using PI 7.31 and JDK 1.6.0_45

I suggest you to try reinstalling the JDK.
