Dynamic search operator configuration error for 'PARTNER_GUID', reverted to 'EQ'.

Hi,

Can anyone explain why this error message is displayed at runtime:

Dynamic search operator configuration error for 'PARTNER_GUID', reverted to 'EQ'.

The message occurs when returning from a popup where you can select a transaction.

The given attribute 'PARTNER_GUID' is not in my own selection parameters.

Hi Angelo,

Is there an ST22 dump associated with it?

Can you paste it here?

My best guess from what you have told so far is that this might be happening during partner determination, maybe there is some BAdI implementation that has some incorrect code?

Thank you for your reply.

I solved this issue myself.

I found a note (2229690) which leads me towards the right solution.

Start transacction SM34, view-cluster CRMVC_DQ

The default operators and exceptions per attribute can be maintained.

My issue:

- Component "CASE"

- DQuery Object Name "CmgAdvSearch"

Select "Exceptions per Attribute":

- Attribute "PARTNER_GUID"

I switched the checkbox "EQ" to OFF.

Problem solved! 🙂

This Note 2229690 fixed the issue which was encountered after SOLMAN Upgrade to 7.1 SP14.
