Categorization SAP CRM 4.0

Hello experts,

Does somebody know how to introduce new categories in table CRMC_ERMS_CAT_CD in SAP CRM 4.0?. I have created a new catalog, new code groups, profiles, subject profile assign to it....but I need to determine the hierarchy structure based on which the different levels will be determine. No entries are stored in tables CRM_ERMS_CAT_CD or CRMC_ERMS_CAT_HI and the icweb client does not support the IC_MANAGER role.

So any idea?

Hi German,

In CRM4.0 you need add-On for service industries (CRMIS) for this. If you already have this, you can open category modeler by:

- Enter SE80 tcode

- Open CRM_BSP_FRAME BSP application

- Right click on select.htm page and execute it

- In the list just search for 'Category Modeler' or 'Rule Modeler'. Select and open it and you'll be able to setup it.
