Applications not getting displayed completely in content area on Logon page portal 7.4

Hello Experts ,

                       Our website have moved on to SAP landscape  with version 7.40.2 days ago we have suddenly the webpages in the content frame are not getting loaded.Whenever we click on any page the pages gets loaded but not completely.only the header portion gets loaded and a blank page in content area.

As in figure 1. the contact us application is getting launched but not getting completely loaded.

But when we try to navigate through left hand menu (My account, Be green,Apply for supply ) and  masthead bar (latest updates, contact us) we get the following issue. These are WDA, Portal application KM contents which are being called. But when trying to access via content Admin getting launched properly.

Online Payment application getting loaded but not completely. (header getting loaded but not the content page)

We have built a custom framework Portal applications where we are facing this issue.

HI All,
   In the Portal framework page ,
   We changes " Iframe" height and width property and it started working.
