Text Changeable Function in ITSM Solution Manager

Hi,

I have a question regarding Text in ITSM Solution Manager.

I have heard that there is a fuction to change the text in ITSM Solution Manager.

However, I don't know how to do it....

Please guide it.

Hello Eunhwa,

These are know as Text assigned in Text Determination procedure for your transaction type.

kindly navigate to spro and create a new text in your Text determination procedure.

SAP Solution Manager>Capabilities (Optional)>IT Service Management>Text Determination Procedure>Define Text Objects and Text Types

However, I couldn't find answers from your reply.

I mean, How to change the changeable and non changeable attributes in ITSM text log.

I mean, If i want to change my description after saving the descriptions, how to do it?

Hello Eunhwa,

In the same path but on the node

SAP Solution Manager>Capabilities (Optional)>IT Service Management>Text Determination Procedure> Define Text Determination Procedure

choose CRM_ORDERH and your transaction type

further for each text type in the column CHANGES you can press F4 and change the parameter according to your need as below

this should resolve
