Crystal Reports Add in To SAP Business One Error

Dear Experts,

Working on a crystal report Layout. I am opening the report through SAP Business One Report and Layout Manager.

After finishing my changes, press addin button from crystal report designer menu and choose save.

Then the follow message appears:

If I choose to save the .rpt file in my desktop and after import it in SAP B1, works but it's a time waste.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi Antonis,

Is it a system crystal report or customized one? Because you cannot make changes and save the same system default CR. You have to first make a save as copy and then you can probably use Add-In.

Can you please confirm the SAP Version and PL and also version of Crystal report designer?

And what about other customized crystal reports?

Are you facing same issue while operating them via Add-Ins?

If yes then you can check by repairing Add-In tool.
