Hello Experts,

We have implemented incident manager in solution manager where in we can create oss incident via incident and when SAP replies to OSS a batch job run in SAP System ie solman production.

I want to know the name of  that batchjob and program name which update ITSM incident with OSS details.

hi prakhar,

i checked the job in system,

it is  getting canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE with Message no. 00564 it’s a custom program,What could be the reason?

have you checked the job log ?

Try re-scheduling the job and make sure the user has all the required authorization running the job.

You can use this job REFRESH MESSAGE STATUS (report AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP)

1516780 - REFRESH MESSAGE STATUS: Report AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP

In addition, now a days all the jobs scheduled automatically via the solman_setup -> basic configuration step configure automatically

and you can check below SAP note for list of all the jobs which will be scheduled stating this job name and its significance
