Make date field as blank in VL01N

Hi ,

we want to make date field in VL01N screen as blank.Can any one help with how is this possible.Is it possible through SHD0?

Hi,

try id parameter LEDAT. You can add in to your user with tcode SU3. Go to param tab and add it without values.

run tcode SU3 and enter your username, go to parameters tab and enter LEDAT without values. Save.

the selection date is default to today's date in VL01N. We want to make it blank.They want users to enter the date manually thats why this is needed

Hi,

You need to explore the same with Parameter ID which is set in SU01 under parameter tab, involve your basis consultant to explore more.

or the other option will be SHD0, create a transaction variant and assign to the required user id's.
