how to download customer action from MII system which has deployed

hi,all.

I have a problem in mii.How to download customer actions from MII which has deployed in MII.Because i lost the customer action file which i want delivered to other system in other machine.

Hi,

Which version of MII are you running. Download facility for custom actions was not available in MII 12.1 and 12.2. It was added in 14.0.

You can navigate to the tab System Resources -> Custom Actions and click on download button.

If you want to download custom actions SDK it is available in all versions.

Thanks.My mii is 12.2,but the custom action is important.Can i find it in server file directory which installed the MII?

Hi,

Go to the file system where MII is installed. There navigate to:

\usr\sap\<server name>\J<instance number>\j2ee\cluster\apps\sap.com\xapps~xmii~ear\servlet_jsp\XMII\root\CMSLogicEditor

You should find your jar file there.

Typically you can download the jar using the url format below if you don't have access to the file system:

http://<server>:<port>/XMII/CMSLogicEditor/<your custom jar name>.jar

Also I think MII puts the custom action zip archive in a temp directory when you upload it so if you search the server you may be able to recover it.
