How to Cancel multiple Sales Quotation in SAP B1?

Hi Guys,

Please help me with my problem, I want to cancel multiple Sales quotation in SAP B1 (ex. all Sales quotation date from[date]-to[date] all open quotation that should be cancel or close by now.), Its like 2000+ records and it take me forever if i will gonna do it manually or one by one, is their any way to cancel it in bulk?

Hi,

Go to Open item list and select sales quotation documents , now use ctrl or shift button for muti select the document and go to Data and choose cancel or close option.

I think this one is duplicated.

You can close this one and keep one open so you have all the expert replies on same case.
