except raw materials no activity shown at the time of cost estimate

we are in sale order based costing. when we create cost estimate system is not showing any activity type. it shows only the cost of raw materials. activities are assigned in cost component structure and manual planning kp26 is done correctly. activities are also assigned in work center in costing tab.

issue resolved. problem was on pp side. routing shows activity correctly but not capturing the figures, anyways, the pp guy resolved it.

Go tto costing variant PPC4 and find our Qty structure used there then go to OKK5 and under routing tab check whether system is picking your routing type or not. Correct accordingly.

In costing detail screen see Qty Structure tab, what routing type it is referring to. Is it correct or not?

One question why costing variant PPC3 why not PPC1..for standard cost PPC1 is the variant..PPC3 is for adhoc costing

You also check whether CCS is defined in version in controlling area

we are using ppc4 (sale order based costing) not ppc3 as i already said we are in sale order costing. cost estimate tcode is ck51n.

CCS is also ok thats why it is showing raw material cost correctly but not showing activities, dnt knw why.

Surprisingly it is not showing any warning msg also. However take the all screen shots of costing data, qty structure and valuation..if we could get some hints..

It is clear that some link is missing for activity...
