pc:No Approver Found. Request Change is not possible.

Hi All,

I am trying to activate workflow for Control.

I have tick marked Activate Workflow for Master Data Changes and Maintain Custom Agent Determination Rules, assigned the role SAP_GRC_SPC_CRS_CTL_OWNER

But on clicking Request change , i get the error No Approver Found. Request Change is not possible. Could you suggest on this

Hello Plaban,

Select the role SAP_GRC_SPC_COR_ICMAN for business event and try.

it will work.

Hi Baithi,

i did not find your role, but  found SAP_GRC_SPC_CRS_ICMAN. But even this does not work.

However, could you say, SAP_GRC_SPC_GLOBAL_ORG_OWNER is the correct role for Org. unit change. i get the same error for Organisation changes

So, could you suggest, if there is any additional step apart from Activate Workflow for Master Data Changes and Maintain Custom Agent Determination
