DZ document does not pull the cost objects

Hi,

I have a billing document (RV) has all the information such as cost center, order, fund, grant etc in it but when i run a F-28 for that it is not pulling this information. It is pulling the business area but not these other fields. We are not using New GL functionality.

so when i open the accounting document for billing (RV document), I could see the grant, order, cost center etc(I could see the corresponding CO doc, grants doc etc) but when i process the payment in f-28, for that RV document, it is clearing the doc but could not pull these values from the billing?

Is this anything related to copy controls from SD? I think not as my guess is that copy controls are only limited until billing and is not related to payments.

Hi

Check your accounting document in fbl5N  and in f-28 System will pull the balance which is open

and while receiving the payment we can check the cost center as well
