obtaining costs for kit components

Hello

We have a location in Mexico using SAP B1.  They buy many components from us and sell them as "kits."  I want to be able to query the sales on those kits and see the margin broken out by the components.  The problem is that the kit number itself has columns with all of the revenue and cost rolled up into it.  Is there any kind on historical invoice kit tables that show the kit components and component costs at the time of the invoice transaction?

I looked in the BOM master OITT and ITT1 but this does not seem correct.

Are they Production Sales or Assembly Kits? You may be able to get some detail from OINM view

Hi Jeremy,

The invoice document does not maintain history data for components. As far as I know, not even of what components were in the BOM at document posting date.

The BOM does maintain history data about itself, from which you might be able to glean what components with what prices were applied at the moment the document was created.

In other words, you will have to write a query, that takes the ItemCode and DocDate fields as parameters to query the AITT table.
