Reason Code Firefighter Not available

Hi all,

I've created the Reason Code in the NWBC and assigned the Backend System.

When I run the /GRCPI/GRIA_EAM tcode in the Backend System, select the Firefighter ID assigned and try to log on, I don't see any Reason Code available in the matchcode and I have to stop.

What I missing?

Check the following:

     Reason Code is Active

     EAM Data Sync has been executed

          See SAP Note 2102916
