R3AC1- filters are not working for equipment delta load from ECC to CRM

Hi,

All equipments are getting replicated from ECC to CRM system without validating filters which were set in R3AC1.

We are facing this issue after upgrading ECC system to EHP7.

No. of records in CRMFILTAB(ECC) table are not matching with SMOFFILTAB ( CRM ).

Is there any way to sync both tables ?

However, equipment related validation records are there in both tables.

Maintained following parameters in the table CRMPAROLTP as well but still filters are not working.

CLIENT      ...

PARNAME     CRM_FILTERING_ACTIVE

PARNAME2    EQUIPMENT

PARNAME3    EQUIPMENT

CONSUMER    CRM

PARVAL1     X

PARVAL2

Awaiting for your suggestions/solution.

Regards,

Bhanu

Dear Kosuru,

Please click on the button "Filter Sync.(R/3)" to sync the tables.

R3AC1 -> Object -> Filter Setting Tab -> "Filter Sync.(R/3)".

I suggest you to check following note step by step.

It is a good trouble shooting note.

788822 - Filtering does not work

I hope it helps.

Dear Yan,

Thanks for your reply, I have already checked following SAP notes but didn't find the solution.

1. 788822

2. 1224016

This issue is started only after upgrading ECC system to EHP7.

Filter is there on EQTYP field of EQUI table.

Is there any SAP note or program through which we can sync both tables ( CRMFILTAB & SMOFFILTAB ) completely instead of doing it Object by object.

Bhanu

Hi Kosuru,

Please use program SMOF_SYNCHRONIZE_FILTER to sync all the filters.

Please set object name as "*" and select the relevent RFC destination.

Hi Yan,

Error is still not resolved, implemented SAP Note 1795257 as well.

Any clue ?

Hi Bhanu,

this could also be authorization error, depending on from which version you have upgraded.

Both suggestions from Dean Yan are correct and normally works without any problem. Did you check syslogs in both systems? Or maybe even dumps (ST22)?

Double check the RFC destination you are using for communication from CRM to ERP. Is it using dedicated technical user or do you use Single Sign On? In either case, try to extend authorization to SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW temporarily and rerun filter sync.

Dawood.

Hi Kosuru,

I found SAP developer released some notes for delta load filter issue.

They should be applied to some pretty new CRM and ERP versions.

One of them is note 1931605, please apply it and give me a feedback.

Regarding other notes, I need some time to check.
