Dear Experts,
We have a scenario where in we combine sales orders and create single delivery.
If same items are available in different sales order, delivery gets created with same item appearing in different lines in delivery. We do not want this situation as we pass on this delivery to EWMS and picking has to happen for same line item again and again.
How do we handle this in delivery in ECC before passing on to EWMS.?
Regards,
Shyam
First you need to investigate why this happens as a practice - is it ineffectiveness in order taking process or there is a good reason why sales people do that.
You may try to establish internal controls and minimize the creation of multiple orders of the same type for the same customer (if it is possible and acceptable by the business). You still cannot fully avoid having more than one item with the same material in a delivery - e.g. free goods with item generation. It could happen that this TAN+TANN result in a full stock pallet, so it can be not so bad after all.

Hi,
This is due to the check which is maintained at customer master level as Order Combination, as "ticked". under sales area data - shipping data.
Apart from this at copy control level - from order to delivery - at item level - order requirement is assigned as 101, please check the same if not assigned the make the changes.
Thanks.
