what is the limit on BOBJ Schedules/Publications??

Hi, is there a limit on number of Publications/schedules a user can have for a webi report. what is the industry standard?

We need to contact/inform the users(whoever running the schedules) with the appropriate limit, also this limit helps clean up the report instances in our Prod system.

Your help would be appreciated

Hi,

default report scheduled instances limit is 100.Depend on the requirement you can reduce the limit in BO CMC.

BO CMC->Folders->Right click on the folder ->Limits

Depend on the retention requirement of instances you can set the limits for individual report/folder.

This is you have to figure out with your customer.

More instances retention means more space required at BO server.
