TEST_PLAN table was not designed for Audit Log. You can approach your SAP Consultant to request a base enhancement.

do you know if TEST_PLAN tables are designed for AuditLog in version 6.1 or 15 ?
It is not part of ME 15.0 either. However, ME 15.1 will soon be in Ramp Up phase and maybe it is a good time to request such base enhancement via your SAP Consultant.
