We have several locations that have complained about NWBC logging them OFF after exactly 8 hours. They may be in the middle of a transaction and they are logged off. Does anyone have any idea where this setting my be and if it can be changed?
How are you authenticating your users? My guess would be that the SAP Logon ticket expires after 8 hours, are you using SAP Logon Tickets? You can configure the lifetime of the logon ticket, but I think 8 hours is the default.
