This issue happens in SAP CRM Ehp1.

The issue happens regularly when order item has rejected and deleted the order item RFC destination call fails still cannot point where this happens.

The VMC log error in SM53 "Error in call External tax system" Vertex system. Scrrenshot also attached.

This issue happens in production system Could you please help me anyone on this? its very urgent
