Error occured while attempting to load CR_Runtime

Please find below an error which one of my client is facing when he is trying to use crystal reports, we have installed crystal reports runtime version 13.0.15.1840, and is there any 13.0.2000 version of cr_runtime?

13.0.2000.0 is the assembly version, it never changes.

SP 15 is the latest.

From the Error it suggests your application is set for either x86 or x64 mode and they did not install the right version of the CR runtime.

When you build your project set the CPU to x86 or x64, do not use AnyCPU. The installer platform is for the project platform and not the OS platform.
