Problem connecting to HANA productive instance from newly created account

Hi,
I have a partner account and purchased a productive hana instance 32gb. And the status of productive instance in my admin account is enabled.,
I created a new account under hana cockpit accounts section. Now when i try to switch to the newly created account i see that the HANA xs is not enabled in this account. ,
GmbH is my admin account in which the productive instance is enabled ,
TESTUSER is the account which i created and the hana instance is not enabled. ,
please help me solve this issue
