Hi Gurus,
I am looking for a standard report which can help me to check the Absent/Present of the employees on a specific date. For example, IT 2011, IT 2001 and IT 2002 are update for a particular date and user want to extract summary in a following format;

P= Present employees
A= Absent employees
Tot= Total employees
%= %age of absent employees

We can get information by using PA tables for exclusively, when you wanted a consolidated information in the mentioned format then we can develop a custom report by taking help of technical consultant.
We can ask them to take reference of PA2001, PA2002, TEVEN, based on varous conditions we can populate the right values and show them on report in required format.

Dear Sami,
You have to develop your own custom report for this format considering the Info types 2001, 2002 & 2011. In sap standard there is no report like this and % of Present/Absent too.
