mails are struck in sost of solution manager server 7.1

Dear Team,

Already configured scot configuration in solution manager server and maintain our solman server ip in SMTP mail server.

telnet 10.1.0.21 25 from solman server.

220 10.1.0.21 ESTMP

But mails are stuck in SOST  with status: no delivery to mail id authentication required of Solution manager server.

1950670 - Error XS856 "No delivery to &1, authentication required" occurs while sending mails through SMTP node
