Approve Travel request History loading issue

Hi All,

In my Approve travel request app when I click on "Requestor History " link it shows the history but soon after that it goes in loading state .

Please find below screen shot.

Kindly let me know the reason behind this.

Hi Riya;

I have faced the similar issue.

Could you please try to replicate the issue for some other user id. Is it happening for all the user ids.

What is the UI-Add-on SP level in your system. and UI5 core library version.

Check if all the required notes are applied.

Check this note.

Hi Sarbjeet,

I have downloaded the required note but still facing the same issue .

UI-Addon UIX01TRV is on release 100 & SP level 005

GW_CORE is on release 200 & SP- Level  011 .

Is it happening for this user only?

Could you please check the browser console for any errors present.

Hi Sarbjeet,

Its happening for one user only .rest for all its working fine.

I check with basis team , the user for which I am getting issue does not have approval rights assigned to its id.

Approval request was forwarded to its id from back end system .
