Activate required fields-dependent Priority Field

We have an requiremnt which has been inserted three new fields in the

Creation of Incident screen SAP ITSM.

A field for name, phone and email manager.

When the User select the "Very High" Priority system should make it

mandatory to fill these fields.

When another priority, such as "Low" these fields should not be


We would like to know if there is a standard solution or a development

will be needed to meet this requirement?

Hello Viviane,

As you have custom fields and also it has to be mandatory on a specific won't be able to achieve it without development.

one way would be to implement a check in BADI order_save which is called whenver you save and then you can validate whether the input is provided if priority is very high.
