Different Pick/Pack Time

Hi Fiends,

Can anybody advise me how can we have different Pick/Pack Time for different materials but with same Shipping Point ?

Pick time: the time used to pick goods from the wharehouse. Can be shared among many products.

Pack time: the time used to pack. It depends on many factors: shipping, fragility, destination... and so on.

Hi Harsh,

Pick/Pack time will be consider under Delivery and Transportation shceduling and we will activate this to your order type if the functionlity is required.

We difine Pick/Pack time for a particular shipping point but its not Material Dependent.By Using the User Exit we can do that.And more it will be useful to dertermine the Route.

Hi,

As far as Standard SAP goes, you will not be able to do this. Pick / Pack time can be only Route dependent, Route Independent or it can be Defaulted from shipping point. You might have to build a logic based on some criteria such as material group (as having this for each material is practically impossible) and use the user exit to run this code to determine different pick pack time for each material.
