Material Retail Replication issue

When process RetailMaterialReplicateIn service from load retail materials from ECC to C4C, this error is displayed.

where i find this dump?

Hi Ciro

I have checked with our retail colleagues and they have requested you create an incident.  Once you send to SAP you will get a number that starts with a 3 - please put that here and I will forward it to the retail team to ensure they look at it.
