It is better to create price list for each warehouse with your warehouse name on it.

it is same as u create a price list.
Goto Inventory->Price Lists->Price Lists
Right click on the table, and select Add Row, name it with your warehouse name.
I checked but Price list master, warehouse wise master not available.
Can you send screen short.
It is not available.
But u can still create price list name with 01Whs, and then select this price list on sales order by form setting.
Basically I want warehouse wise price list and when user select Item and warehouse price will be pick automatic based on pre define price list master.

In this case, u still create price list over warehouse name, and use FMS to change the item price based on warehouse field on Sales order.
