Hi,

We are using BPC 10.0 NW

We are using the Journal functionality extensively in one of our consolidation models.

What is the limit of the amount of journals that can be displayed on the Journal view. Example:

If the user posted 5 journals for the specific context, I would like to see the list of journals that are already on the system.

At the moment, BPC only gives me a warning saying that there are too many journals posted, and only return the latest journal. Then only one line is returned. The interface is not very useful in that case then.

Even if I use my Advanced Query to limit it to the posted journals of a single user, I get the same message.

Is there a way whereby I can limit the amount of journals to be displayed on a page to be more than 1?

Hi Vadim,

We are on BPC 10 NW CPMBPC 801 0009

Below is the advanced query, i have filtered for posted journals for today, for one specific user.

Results returned. For this specific user, I am expecting not more than 10 journals.

Strange... can you test number of days to have more then single journal?

Hi Vadim,

I found this parameter, that was set to 1.

When I increase this, I got the desired results.
