Internal Error 3621 occurred

Dear All

One of our client is facing the issue "Internal error occurred 3621" while making the incoming payment.

For analyzing the TN we have restored the Db in a test server but the error is not replicated over there.

So kindly let us know what could be root cause of this error other than TN.

Expecting an early response.

Hi,

I think this error comes from MS SQL not from SBO. Please check  the below possiblities

1) Any additional code in the SP_TransactionNotification.

2) Any Formatted Search on the document which brings results using a query and that is not correct?

3) Any add on which could have an impact.

4)Division by 0 in your application

5)Entry of a duplicate row during use of your application

6)Other illegal functions in your application
