FM HTTP_GET_FILE returns connection error

Hi all,

I am using FM HTTP_GET_FILE to get a file behind an URL. In our development system it works, in the QA system I get CONNECT_FAILED OpenSSL not available. In other discussions I read that SSL needs to be configured, can anyone tell me what I need to do or where I can check this?
