Hi,

I have a generated absence quotas for present year but the absence already been updated in the system..

Absence quotas is coming properly but deduction is part is not coming properly for 100 employee

We have a standard reports to adjust leave balances try to use them and then check.

RPTBPC10, RPTKOK00, RPTUPD00

Once you feel that configuration is proper then you can execute below reports to correct the leave balances, Make sure that configuration is proper.

Your query is not clear. You are saying Absence Quota is coming correctly but deduction part is not coming correctly. Deduction is not coming correctly could be some of the reason like

1. Not updated leave record correctly

2. Deduction rule criteria has been set correctly for these 100 employees(guessing all employees are from different Employee group so ESG grouping is different).

3. Quota available after leave apply.

So check and let us know your issue in a details.
